An avid foodie, enjoyer of some heat and a downright perfectionist, Starke Raving Hot Sauce came to me one day after trying to come up with a habanero hot sauce that didn’t make me sweat through my t-shirt, but had enough flavour and heat to make you go back for more.

After a few tries, and some (actually a lot…) of encouragement from friends and family, our first hot sauce, Angry Hawaiian, was born. It won’t stop there. We’ve already added another signature sauce to our lineup.
